20 % of VW belong to the state of lower Saxony, part of the federal republic of Germany. Then again, before Wulff became president of Germany, he was prime of lower Saxony. Then again, Skoda is part of VW.
Obviously then again, Wulff leased a Skoda "under improved conditions." Then again Wulff released a law as prime of lower Saxony that forbids state workers to take advantage of their position.
Including the prime of course.
