*Westerwelle is mostly on Haiti or busy in Libya for Liam Fox. Therefor he cannot continue his never attempted rescue mission. Then again, Mr.Friedrich, the minister of interior, is busy to equalize communists and fascists. Therefore he got no free train tickets, only for Guilio to Galapagos. Then again, German Railways doesnt accept them.
