German president's crisis management got scooped and scoped and judged dilettantish

The news is that Wulff got a hotel upgrade when he travelled to Munich to visit the Oktoberfeast. The hotel upgrade was of course achieved without Wulff doing anything at all. It happened because some friendly far-seeing entrepreneur,named Groenewold, acted and called the hotel and not Wulff ever calling him of course.
Maybe connected to this recent issue or the ones before was the statement by Veronika Bellmann, a conservative representative from Berlin,
calling Wulff's crisis managment "simply a catastrophy," furthermore "dilettantish and uncontrolled", finally "the situation was above Wulff's competence."
