German president Wulff: abyss! registry of property contains no marks of repay
In Germany, there is a public registry for property owned. Nearly every square meter can be bought and sold (unlike Sweden for example) and afterwards its yours completly. Except: you owe a loan to buy the (house or whatsoever). Then the registry will read sth like owner Mr Wulff but still owes (300000€ for example) to Mr Gerkens. Now, obviously neither the loan is in the registry nor any marks of repayment of a loan.

There is Digeus I use it when operational system hangs, freezes, chashes or works slow. I also use Windsty Tune Up Suite. It has Regisry Cleaner, Junk Files Cleaner, Registry Defragmenter, Duplicate Files Finder, Disk Space Analyzer, Smart Uninstaller, Service Manager, Startup Manager and many other tools.
