Set of nazi murders in Germany: Kiesewetters murder
Kiesewetters murder in Heilbronn
I think the point is that German constitution watch did not catch the Islamists, but killed a cop.anyway bullshit, the nazis just wanted to make the flit after the kill. looks more like the officer provided cover for them 2 b able 2 make the flit.
Verfassungsschützer had kill in sight?
Files of US-military service DIA suggest the suspicion that German constitution watch was in close proximity when the police(wo)man was killed by the nazi gang from Zwickau.
Verfassungsschützer possibly were in the proximity of the scene, when the police woman Michele Kieselwetter was murdered four years ago and her colleague was heavily injured. This reports "stern.de" with reference to a secret observation of the American military secret service DIA.
According 2 the report a special-purpose force ("special investigation team Stuttgart") observed during the 25th of april 2007 two presumed islamists, who deposited 2.3 million euros in a branch of the Santander bank in the city center of Heilbronn. Two Verfassungsschützer from Baden-Wuerttemberg or Bavaria belonged as well to the observation task force according to the US report. After the islamists had left the bank, the two target persons drove to the Theresien greens. The observation was aborted there "due to an incident involving guns." An official from Baden-Wuerttemberg was also involved in the incident. The report of the Americans reads literally: "Shooting, in which BW observation officer got involvesd, sided with right-wing extremists against regular police patrol."
Shots at Therese greens
Police(wo)man Michèle Kieselwetter originating from Thuringia was shot and killed and her colleague was heavily injured during the copkill on Heilbronn's Theresien greens presumably by the neo-Nazis Uwe Böhnhardt and Uwe Mundlos.
Ludwigshafen's ¹ German Turk Mevlüt K. and an unknown person are supposed 2 b the originally observed ones by DIA and constitution watch according to Stern.
Mevlüt K. provided the ignition systems for the propane bottles that were used by the Sauerland 2 3 4 cell. Mevlüt K. was as well a contact person for the Turk secret service.
The three members of the group had been arrested in September 2007 in the Sauerland and had been condemned 2010 for terrorism.

Conflict with Iran escalates
Berlin displays eagerness in the conflict with Iran
London and Berlin react deceisively concerning the stormed British embassy in Teheran. Westerwelle ordered the German Ambassador from Iran to Berlin, Great Britain expels all coworkers of the Iranian embassy in London. Prime minister Cameron has the diplomatic mission close immediately, the personnel is expelled. Iranian students announce further protests.
Germany: German lib dems hoover at 3%
Union und SPD geben ab
Grüne punkten noch vor Parteitag
Well, currently we got a German foreign minister Westerwelle who can barely speak French and English. Not to mention Russian or Chinese. In fact, he's more busy visiting Haiti. Speaking of Haiti, sounds more like the Panama canal and the home of Mr. McCain. "Fitting", Mr. Roesler, who is lib dem head and minister of economy surely is the sheer anti-vietcong, but this surely doesn't support phone lines to Peking. So, we got a crisis, Germany needs some money too, and the foreign office got a frigging communication deficit. This communication deficit was to be felt when Merkel couldn't push through Weber, or when Stark resigned, or when the French put up lately some competition towards Mr. Asmussen as ECB head economist. In short, the foreign office is inept and inane. I'm totally convinced that it's invaluable to have visited Costa Rica or Galappagos once. Because the result is of such. And the result for the German lib dems is the same. They hoover around 3% in the polls.

How Paulson Gave Hedge Funds Advance Word
Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson stepped off the elevator into the Third Avenue offices of hedge fund Eton Park Capital Management LP in Manhattan. It was July 21, 2008, and market fears were mounting. Four months earlier, Bear Stearns Cos. had sold itself for just $10 a share to JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM)
Now, amid tumbling home prices and near-record foreclosures, attention was focused on a new source of contagion: Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac, which together had more than $5 trillion in mortgage-backed securities and other debt outstanding, Bloomberg Markets reports in its January issue.
Paulson had been pushing a plan in Congress to open lines of credit to the two struggling firms and to grant authority for the Treasury Department to buy equity in them. Yet he had told reporters on July 13 that the firms must remain shareholder owned and had testified at a Senate hearing two days later that giving the government new power to intervene made actual intervention improbable.
“If you have a bazooka, and people know you have it, you’re not likely to take it out,” he said.

New book: zuGuttenbergs tumbling
Two renowned law professors knew already 4 longer of plagiarism accusations against Karl Theodor zuGuttenberg. They did not continue to pursue the trace however .
These were cold February days during which Andreas Fischer-Lescano became for many in Germany an unwanted person. On one friday the law professor rushed home after work in a high speed train via flat country, from Bremen to Berlin-Neukölln. The dissertation of Karl Theodor to Guttenberg laid in front of the man with short dark hair and eyeglasses. Fischer Lescano wanted to write a review about it. He was starting to turn pages.
It's reported in such a way in a very detailed manner in a new book. The book was written by Roland Preuß and Tanjev Schultz of "the South German newspaper. "
Guttenberg has a book out as well, it's written by him, at least somehow: He gave an interview for 3 days and you can buy the result - printed. I think it's questionable because you could think he only wanted to steal the headlines from the Preuß-Schultz book.

Iran threatens to hit Turkey if US, Israel attack
TEHRAN, Iran (AP) — Iran will target NATO's missile defense installations in Turkey if the U.S. or Israel attacks the Islamic Republic, a senior commander of Iran's powerful Revolutionary Guard said Saturday.
Gen. Amir Ali Hajizadeh, the head of the Guards' aerospace division, said the warning is part of a new defense strategy to counter what he described as an increase in threats from the U.S. and Israel.
Tensions have been rising between Iran and the West since the release of a report earlier this month by the International Atomic Energy Agency that said for the first time that Tehran was suspected of conducting secret experiments whose sole purpose was the development of nuclear arms.
The U.S. and its Western allies suspect Iran of trying to produce atomic weapons, and Israel, which views Tehran as an existential threat, has warned of a possible strike on Iran's nuclear program. Iran says its program is for peaceful purposes.

bz-online link: hideout of nazis known for longer?
The Saxon MP Kerstin Köditz (44, leftparty) accuses the constitution watch in Saxony of "failure" and "abuse of office."
It's about the nazi-network "Brigade east" in the Saxon 5000 inhabitant-village Johanngeorgenstadt. The right wing gang met in some car storages since 2000. Members are supposed to have supported „Nationalsozialistischer Untergrund“ (NSU), which performed the kills of Doener hut owners.
For example André E. (32), who got captured on thursday in Grabow near Belzig by GSG9. He is supposed to having had contact 2 NSU-Trio Beate Z. (36), Uwe Mundlos (†38) and Uwe Böhnhardt (†34) . He produced a culprit tape in 2007 that glorified the kills.
Further „Brigade Ost“-members: Mandy S., hair dresser. She gave her passport to Beate Z. And Matthias D. He rented 2 flats for the trio in Zwickau.
"I accuse the constitutional watch of failure and blindness in office" Köditz said to BZ. "There was obviously an undercover agent in the neonazi scene in Johanngeorgenstadt,to which brigade east belonged as well." As a proof she mentions a parliamentarian request (question of mp) towards the state govt from 26feb2003. It reads in the answer that "the question cannot be answered publicly for reasons of secrecy because otherwise conclusions could be drawn towards the working methods of (the constitutional watch) and by it how the constitutional watch gathers information."
How is constitutional watch responding to the accusations? "The matter concerns current investigations of the German attorney general. A public statement is insofar thus not possible."

Europe ups ante on eurobonds
Well, Merkel had a conservative party resolution only lately denying any Euro bonds. Now, she is obviously proven loona by the EU commission that is going fast in introducing EU bonds. Merkel is appearing ridiculous - and she obviously doesn't recognize it. Well, it is transparent the flames are already reaching higher than thought. What Merkel is ignoring is that Germanys rate is already under pressure as well. In an auction that offered bonds worth 6bio only 3.8 bio got sold. Clock is ticking. And don't ask for the number of tons of semtex included I guess.
I think what German conservatives don't like is that there are only 2 options: unite or exit. The thing in between is too vulnerable.
NEW YORK (CNNMoney) -- When it comes to ideas to solve to Europe's debt crisis, nothing seems to stick. And that's the case with the latest one.
On Wednesday, the European Commission unveiled aplan detailing three options for so-called eurobonds, which would effectively pool the debt of the 17 eurozone countries.
While the EC's paper is not a formal proposal, the commission said it has decided to launch a "broad consultation" to seek the views of relevant parties and the advice from other institutions.
Eurobonds are controversial. Experts still aren't convinced any of the ideas would work -- or ever garner enough political support to move forward.
The idea has been floating around for months, with little support from the stronger eurozone countries, like Germany.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel has maintained strong opposition to eurobonds, even calling them the "absolutely wrong" way to defuse the European debt crisis. She reiterated those sentiments Wednesday, and criticized the EC for focusing on the idea.
Still, EC President Jose Manuel Barroso is confident that the ideas may gain some traction.

EU will sue against VW law
The privatization of the car maker was coordinated 1960 by the VW-law. 1959 the state of lower Saxony and the federal republic of Germany agreed in a contract on the property conditions at VW. Each party received 20%, the remaining 60% were strewed at the stock exchange to small share shareholders. The property conditions were unclear because VW was founded 1938 by the NS organization "German laborfront" and it was administered after the war by British allied, afterwards by German govt.
German federal and lower Saxony determined in the contract as well, that important commitments agreed upon during VW-shareholder summits would need to pass a threshold of 80% approval unlike in normal cases 75%. Acoording to this declaration 20% of the shares are sufficient for a " blocking minority," not as usual 20%.
The contract determined and the 1960 law determined as well that German federal and lower Saxony may send two representatives into the VW-supervisory board. Furthermore the maximum voting margin was limited to 20%- even if you got 50% of the shares. Furthermore the supervisory board had to agree on erection and movement of production facilities with 2/3 majority.
Lower Saxony cannot decide by itself concerning the remaining VW law. The attempt started in 2005 of Porsche head Wiedeking to get a majority of Volkswagen led to a new owner structure. At the end of the power struggle VW controlled the car production of Porsche and not vice versa. But Porsche SE owns still more than 50% and 17 % belong to Katar.

Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich called child labor laws "stupid" Friday in an appearance at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.
"It is tragic what we do in the poorest neighborhoods, entrapping children in, first of all, child laws, which are truly stupid," said the former House speaker, according to CNN. "Most of these schools ought to get rid of the unionized janitors, have one master janitor and pay local students to take care of the school. The kids would actually do work, they would have cash, they would have pride in the schools, they'd begin the process of rising."

H.Cain commentary
COMMENTARY | Herman Cain is a dream come true for snarky political commentators. He's been in the public eye for his entire campaign and frequently hands his opponents the very ammunition they use against him. His history, actions and public statements provide so much sarcasm-worthy material that the jokes almost write themselves. This week he's given us three jewels of comedy to work with.
The first starts out with a bit of news that's not funny at all: Cain has been receiving threats. The humor comes from his reaction to it. Cain has asked for Secret Service protection. Soak in the irony for a moment. Cain, who rails against big government and public services, went to the government for very expensive help.
Wouldn't it have made more sense, to use Cain's party line, to let free market forces determine his safety? In Cain's mind, government programs are costly and wasteful. That's fine, Mr. Cain. Go find your own bodyguards. You were top dog at Godfather's Pizza. Maybe your friends in the pepperoni mafia can spare a little muscle for your detail.
Another item is that the man who sold all that pizza had a little sales failure recently. Cain tried very hard to sell David Letterman on his 9-9-9 plan. Letterman wasn't buying. He suggested that if Cain becomes president he should set up a hotline where you can dial 999 and get a free pizza. Cain tried to win his way through Letterman's rebukes without success. Just a warning, Mr. Cain: Anger Letterman at your peril. A Top 999 List of why you should not get elected is actually possible at his hand.
Finally there's his alleged sexual harassment. (story continues)
Occupy pepper spray incident
I think the measures taken are meanwhile ridiculous. And, the entire democratic party proves to be a joke anew. Obama didn't loose one word about the clashes. He got on his knees in front of China's Ju after his administration pounded China for one week with ridiculous insults. It's all over Kerry's "we need more troops on the ground" from 2004.
Then, the democratic party turns suddenly around and goes "oouch, our party is the left one" but noone really cares for it anymore.
Hardcore joke Pelosi from California is principally the envy of this crap show. She rides on every wave, but with a guarantee to be 4 weeks to late for it. Where are her protests about pepper spray?

Egyptian Coptics attacked, dozens hurt
(CNN) -- Hundreds of Coptics marching in Cairo Thursday were attacked by unknown assailants.
Thirty-two people were injured including two police officers, according to Dr. Adel Al Dawi, a ministry of health spokesman. Except for one badly injured girl who remained hospitalized late Thursday, those injured were treated for minor bruises and cuts.
The marchers were heading to Cairo's Tahrir Square to commemorate the deaths of pro-Coptic protesters killed in clashes in the Egyptian capital last month.
Coptic Christians, an ancient sect, make up about 9% of Egypt's largely Muslim population, according to the U.S. State Department. Problems between Egypt's Muslim majority and its Coptic Christian minority have been on the rise in recent months, with a number of violent clashes reported between the two groups.
Thursday's march was organized by the Free Copts Movements and the Blood of Martyrs movement, two of many new groups formed after clashes that took place on October 9 in the Cair neighborhood of Maspero leaving 26 dead and 300 injured.
"We were marching peacefully with candles to commemorate the 26 martyrs of Maspero on the 40-day anniversary of the Maspero attacks, when several youth clashed," said Sherif Doss, the head of the Egyptian Coptic Association.

Speaking of Blast, Iranian Describes Work on Weapons
The explosion last weekend in Iran that killed 17 members of the armed forces, including a founder of the country’s missile program, occurred while researchers were working on weapons capable of delivering Israel a “strong punch in the mouth” and disrupted their project by a few days, the Iranian military chief of staff said Wednesday.
The remarks by the chief of staff, Hassan Firouzabadi, represented the first time that an Iranian official had offered any detail on the nature of the work at the military base where the explosion took place. The commander’s remarks also went beyond earlier descriptions of the impact of the damage.
The net effect seemed to deepen, rather than clarify, the questions behind the explosion at the base in Bidganeh, about 25 miles from Tehran, which Iranian authorities have insisted was an accident. The force of the blast was so enormous that it shook windows in many surrounding towns, according to Iranian news sites and witnesses.
Gen. Hassan Tehrani Moghaddam, regarded as an important figure in Iran’s efforts to construct long-range missiles, was killed in the explosion, as were 16 fellow members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps.

Grande nation limits its monetary efforts on buying back state bonds
After the pretty infamous spinoff of Mr Smaghi, Sarkozy isnt beset by very mindblasting
ideas. In fact, his current monetary policies are shortly dull. Like Papandreou and Berlusconi before him, he is demanding the ECB to buy back state bonds. This isnt very creative. In fact it reminds me more of Roulette. The number decides how many billions you invest in buying back state bonds. The weekly buyback already rose from Trichet to Draghi from 4 bio to 9 bio in Draghis first week. And, Sarkozy held his summit close to Monaco, in Nice. I think European monetary policies should not turn so rotten as they become form of gambling. Merkel's ho in the direction of Sarkozy is very necessary. The crisis is not at an end. If you use too much money right now, you will be facing some dry out soon and some falling currency as well. Sarkozy is at best naive, id call it more or lest short sighted.
So, Sarkozy isnt even trying to prove Smaghi wrong or Draghi wrong. He is not even trying to hide that he did not support the German candidate Weber. He is completly ok with Italian monetary policies. In short, he is an axxhole.

CONSERVATIVES AND SOCIAL DEMS UNITE IN BERLIN ON GOVT FOR BERLIN
Set of nazi murders in Germany: undercover agent was called "small Adolf"
While the federal prosecutor's office searches intensively in the surrounding field of the neo-Nazi trio from Zwickau for further aides, Beate Zschäpe, who is already arrested, wants to testify. The V-man of the Hessian constitution watch is obviously a well-known Nazi. Inhabitants in his village of origin are calling him "Small Adolf." The presumed member of the Zwickauer terror cell, Beate Zschäpe, wants 2 make a comprehensive statement on this Wednesday according 2 information of "Stuttgart Nachrichten.""She wants to open up and confers therefore with her attorney," the sheet quoted an official from investigator circles. The neo-Nazi terror cell which's made responsible for a series of murders had obviously also a supporter in Saxony. The German chain ARD reported that the neo-Nazi Matthias D. living in Johanngeorgenstadt, who is the undercover agent, had rented the flat in Zwickau, in which the suspect Beate Z. lived from spring 2001 until summer 2008 under false name.
Besides Matthias was sole tenant of the flat, in which Beate Z. had her hideout till the end with her accomplices Uwe B, and Uwe M., according to the owner of the flat. According to investigations of ARD.de, the rent was paid from an accout which was run under the name of Matthias D. A former schoolmate reported that Matthias D. was a convinced neo-Nazi for years.
I really like this statement from 2001 till 2008. Smells like Bushit all over. What were they looking for ? Leaks in Turkish call centers? 2 magic numbers: 9 and 1. 1 of them 2 times
Set of Nazi murders in Germany: undercover investigator of German constitutional watch was pretty close to the gang
"hefty right-wing orientation"
undercover agent was at the scenes (of murder)
For 10 years Neonazis killed throughout Germany: The public asks why the security agencies didn't take notice. Possibly the German constitutional watch was closer to the terror cell though than most of the police's state hqs could dare to like right now. A (movement) profile of an undercover agent hints at such an idea. He seems to be an absolute nazi.

Set of nazi murders in Germany
Berlin (CNN) -- Two suspects believed to be members of a neo-Nazi terror cell involved in killing at least 10 people, mostly of Turkish and Greek origin, have been arrested, German prosecutors said.
In a video which they apparently planned to send to German media outlets, the alleged terrorists claim to have killed eight ethnic Turks, one ethnic Greek and a police officer from 2000 to 2007, prosecutors said.
The attacks occurred all over Germany and became known as the "Doener Murder Series." Until the arrests, police had not thought they were committed by the same people.
German Banks Ackermann gets raided by police
well the story is principally only that Germanys Murdoch pumped a lot of money into pay tv. When the entire process was pretty much a fault, German Bank denied further loans. Kirch (the paytv guy) protested against his credit rating becoming public, there was obviously some leak at German bank. Now, that is not the end of the world I would say, if you take bank of America and the crap they cause in treatment of "unwanted" customers, this really seems to be some kind of accident. But Kirch sued, and after Kirch died lately, the trial he caused is not at an end. In fact Ackermann got raided by police. The reaction out of German Bank hq was then of course "hefty," and "irrelational."

Israel hails Iranian munitions explosion, hopes for more
JERUSALEM — Israeli Defence Minister Ehud Barak on Sunday hailed the deadly munitions blast at a base of Iran’s elite Revolutionary Guards and hoped for more such incidents.
“I don’t know the extent of the explosion,” he told military radio, asked about the incident. “But it would be desirable if they multiply.”
Iran said earlier that a senior general who pioneered an artillery and missile unit was among the 17 Guards reported killed in Saturday’s blast at Bid Ganeh, near the town of Malard on the western outskirts of Tehran.

Japan Olympus scandal escalates
(Financial Times) -- In the three and a half weeks since Olympus' ousted British chief executive accused it of mislaying more than $1bn of shareholders' money, the truth has emerged fitfully, in a series of half-disclosures that have invited more questions than they answered.
The latest revelation, while the most startling so far, is just as incomplete.
In an abrupt reversal, the company now says money it claimed to have spent on acquisitions -- including its 2008 purchase of the UK medical equipment group Gyrus -- was actually used to patch up its own balance sheet, after losses were made under now-retired executives in the 1990s.
"It has become clear that advisory fees and funds used to buy back preferred shares in the acquisition of Gyrus, as well as funds used in the purchase of three new domestic businesses ... were used, among other things, to dispose of unrealised losses on securities, the reporting of which had been put off," Olympus said.
Shuichi Takayama, its president, called the actions "highly inappropriate" and apologised for causing "trouble". But he asserted the three directors who have been implicated in the affair -- two of whom lost their executive positions on Tuesday -- had acted with the company's best interests at heart, having "inherited" the repair effort from unnamed predecessors.

Arab League votes to suspend Syria over killings
CAIRO (AP) — In a surprisingly sharp move, the Arab League voted Saturday to suspend Syria over the country's bloody crackdown on an eight-month uprising and stepped up calls on the army to stop killing civilians.
The decision was a humiliating blow to a regime that prides itself as a bastion of Arab nationalism, but it was unlikely to immediately end a wave of violence that the U.N. estimates has killed more than 3,500 people since mid-March.
"Syria is a dear country for all of us and it pains us to make this decision," Qatar's Foreign Minister Hamad bin Jassim told reporters. "We hope there will be a brave move from Syria to stop the violence and begin a real dialogue toward real reform."

Arab league suspends Syria
CAIRO (AP) — The Arab League voted Saturday to suspend Syria in four days and warned the regime could face sanctions if it does not end its bloody crackdown against anti-government protesters. The decision was a symbolic blow to a nation that prides itself on being a powerhouse of Arab nationalism.
Qatar's Foreign Minister Hamad bin Jassim said 18 countries agreed to the suspension, which was scheduled to take effect on Wednesday in a significant escalation of international pressure on President Bashar Assad's government. Syria, Lebanon and Yemen voted against it, and Iraq abstained.
Mexico interior minister dies in crash
Mexico City (CNN) -- As Mexican President Felipe Calderon mourned the loss of his top minister in the nation's war against drug cartels, he pledged that the investigation into Friday's helicopter crash that killed the Cabinet member and all seven others aboard would be transparent and timely.
In a national address Friday, Calderon said authorities don't know the exact cause of the crash south of Mexico City that killed Interior Minister Jose Francisco Blake Mora, but he added that investigators will look at all possible angles.

Commentary by Ian Burrell, Media Editor: It was hard to look on James Murdoch, as he gave evidence to MPs today, and think he was a future chairman or chief executive of the News Corporation empire that his father built.

Smells like oil proffits. Wonder if Perry tried to prove that the Iraq war was done in fact out of bad intentions (of course if nobody tried before)
GOP presidential candidate Rick Perry’s memory lapse at Wednesday night’s CNBC debate will go down as one of the worst debate flubs in history, but it may not mean the campaign kiss of death that the Twitterverse quickly proclaimed it to be.
Despite the national audience of televised debates, a solitary sound bite is rarely the deciding factor between winning the nomination and foundering into failure.
A 43-second clip that exemplifies one of the candidate’s biggest weaknesses, however, could deal a deathly blow to an already struggling campaign, said long-time political consultant Phil Noble
“I don’t think this in and of itself is going to kill him, but I think that it could become the symbol of what kills him,” Noble said. “If he continues to reinforce this message of not being ready, of not being bright enough or smart enough, then this becomes the symbol of that larger message.”
Perry, who surged to the top of the polls shortly after announcing his campaign in August, has seen his support wane since the beginning of October. Despite his notoriously poor performances in the past six debates, his poll numbers did not dip directly following those less-than-stellar showings.
After the Texas governor’s debut performance - which became a Saturday Night Live spoof that showed him falling asleep at the podium – Perry’s support increased by 4 percent.

McCain was referring to a leak about a conversation Obama had with French President Nicolas Sarkozy at last week’s G-20 summit about Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, although Reuters reports that it was journalists, not aides who repeated the quotes.
Sarkozy reportedly said “I cannot bear Netanyahu ... he’s a liar.”
“You’re fed up with him, but I have to deal with him even more often than you,” Obama replied.
McCain said the conversation is indicative of the administration’s policy towards Israel, often criticized by Republicans for its lukewarm sentiment.

Khomeini had refused to return to Iran until the Shah left. On 17 January 1979, the Shah did leave the country (ostensibly "on vacation"), never to return. Two weeks later, on Thursday, 1 February 1979, Khomeini returned in triumph to Iran, welcomed by a joyous crowd of up to five million people,[72] estimated in at least six million by ABC News reporter Peter Jennings, who was reporting the event from Tehran.[citation needed]
On the Air France flight on his way to Iran, Khomeini was asked by Jennings: "What do you feel in returning to Iran?" Khomeini answered in a cynical tone: "Hichi!" (Nothing!).[73]

Frances Sarkozy calls netanjahu a liar
BAP song:
It occurs I think sth. jangles
Sth. strands next to me
A noise not even loud sometimes it jangles familiar
Seldomly understandably (transparent)
U wake up and rub your eyes
In a pic in between Brueghel and Bosch
no human being who gives a damn about sirens
because the all clear is as half-expensive
it smells like kristallnaach
in the silence before storm
someone is leaving town all too silent
important people in a hurry to leave town
officially they dont like to take part
When the peoples soul anytime ready
strikes and shouts towards boiling point
"Heil-Halali" and they shout borderless horny for retaliation
Shaking with jealousy in KRISTALLNAACH
But for the ones
who are alienated by everything foreign
who go with the flow like theyre demanded to do
for the gay criminals
foreigners is leprosy
they (they say) need someone who seduces them
and no cavalry will save
no zorro will care
hell only piss a z into snow
and will fall to the ground in total coolness blabbering (blubbering)
in the church with the Franz Kaffka clock
without pointers only painted lines
a blind one reads out a children tale to a deaf one about too long hair and nails
behind three times locked door
and the guard with the keys
thinks of himself as a genius
because he pulverizes exits
and sells them for claustrophobia
Meanwhile say its the market place (praps)
unmasked, today with true face
collect stones, sharpen knives
to throw upon those who are already treated and cheated
test the lynch-mob for judgment day
and only quick towing for fast loading
the ships are under steam for long
they are awaiting slaves in the harbor
they are waiting for the thrash out of the unequal fight
out of the KRISTALLNAACH
there where darwin is reliable for everything
whether you extort or torture people
where might is money where physical power is the world
where ducking and parading disfigures and mars and spoils
where people can flute the national anthem even on a comb
in barbaric greed for profit
"Hosianna!" and crucify Roehm (SA leader rip 1934)

Berlusconi surrenders

Italy:Rats leave the sinking ship
Berlusconis Gods twilight
Rats leave the sinking ship
There's the mood of armageddon in the camp of Berlusconi. Former companions desert the camp in masses, the Italian prime tries desperately to summon the last confidants around him. He doesn't like to surrender, because he is about to loose more than just political might - without the protection of the office, Berlusconi is threatened by lifelong jail.
Now, nearing the end, Berlusconi is maybe causing some emotion like mercy. An Italian member of parliament carries home 20000 euros a month, he can be happy about a lifelong retirement payment of 3000 euros a month after 1 term, and staples of priviliges. Whoever defected to the shaking Silvio Berlusconi during the last months became immidiately a vice minister. Soon, Italy will have more vice ministers than regions. And again money, money money.
The representatives are handpicked. The Italian election law , invented by Berlusconi confidants, doesn' t know election districts anymore, no direct voting, no compilation of party (candidate) lists (through party internal) voting: There is, like in fascism, only 1 national, unchangeable list, where nothing can be crossed out, and the list is only assembled by 1 person: the chief himself (who is Berlusconi). Still though, minding the crap: There are 26 renegades from Berlusconi's party of libertarian people for Italy . Berlusconi is not depressed, he is enraged. He cannot believe it. All reports from his proximity report of a man who is welcoming in his "bunker" Palazzo Grazioli in Rome his confidants to develop a counter strategy to hope for his anti-siege army Wenck style.
There's no question to resign, that would be being a coward in front of the enemy, the communists. Berlusconi's world is black-white. Anywhere communists lure. Even though the last splinter party who is sad about that the world of Marx and Engels vanished gets only tenths of a percent: For Berlusconi they are omnipresent. He doesn't want to resign, he likes to die on a barricade (probably lethally hit) , he likes to view the proditores into the eye.
Even the show girls flit
These are days, minutes of a gods' twilight, which we experience today live in contrast to the last hours of other lead figures, because everybody, who is leaving the bunker, is trading another story with the press.
When the report was published that even the show-girl Gabriella Carlucci, who is together with her sister Milly an icon of Italian evening TV entertainment, applied for the change to an opposition party, Berlusconi is narrated to have fallen silent. The Carlucci stars count more than 100 renegades for the patriarch. The massive usage of his show-stars on all his stations caused the election victory in april 1994 over the left. Now even his workers rebel, blood of his blood.
Only the core remains
Politically, Berlusconi is finished, the question remains: When does he admit it to himself? All allies ran away. At first, the co-founders of his party forza Italia (force of Italy) made the flit, the liberals, the independent entrepreneurs. They were followed by allied parties out of the christian-democratic spectrum.
Berlusconi governs for three years with his closest trustee, Umberto Bossi and Bossis radically foreigner-hostile party League of the north which is also hostile towards southern Italians.
Now, lately the catholic church finished the deal with Berlusconi as well. Berlusconi made the catholic church rich by billion euros -with tax cuts- for years. But when his close confidant Nicol Minetti did a striptease in a nun-costume, the Vatican cancelled the deal as well.

Why the GOP Should Panic
One GOP frontrunner is accused of several instances of sexual harassment; the other has managed to make his candidacy as exciting as coffin shopping. A third leading candidate spent this week trying to convince people he wasn’t drunk during a speech in New Hampshire. Not a single one of them—not Herman Cain nor Mitt Romney nor Rick Perry—bests a badly weakened Barack Obama in the latest polls. And yet our betters in the GOP establishment—the same crew who brought us Bob Dole, John McCain, and the PR strategy for the Iraq War—inform us that Republican primary voters are happier with their choices than ever.
Nicaragua's Daniel Ortega heads for presidential win
Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega is set to secure a controversial third term with a landslide victory in the country's presidential election.
Mr Ortega won more than 60% of the vote, with his closest rival, Fabio Gadea, on 25%, early results showed.
Supporters of Mr Ortega's Sandinista Party celebrated, but the opposition said there had been electoral fraud.
Mr Ortega was allowed to run after the Sandinista-controlled Supreme Court overturned a ban on consecutive terms.
