IN HONOUR OF CALLIGULA AND CLAUDIUS
Berlusconi caused some mass fist fight in Italys parliament by attempting to push through some new law calling for even shorter trials. He has already pushed through such a measure. The point is, ever since he got in bed with Ruby, he is prosecuted for sex with a minor and this FAST-TRIAL-MODE still comes to grips with this one. Now, to get in front of an Italian court in the future you need at least a chainsaw, otherwise you get booted from court for not being equal to Berlusconi, Calligula&Claudius, ah, Sodom & Ghomorra

Yah well, I don't know, the grandpa of mine (mother side) was born 1899. He served in world war 1 and got an Iron cross. My other grandpa as well. I think what you dont get in this frame is that the world back then was heavily militarized. The Anglos did so as well for their empire. Everything in between 18 and 45 was military. You know, when I was small, I met my grandpa. He was with the nazis in ww2, only at aa meaning he gased no jews or whatsoever but the point is: these people rushed to war. They saw some corpses flying through the air in ww1 and this got their conscience. They simply thought different.
2 weeks ago I saw some pretty interesting movie on German TV station Phoenix concerning Krupp. Krupp was a large steel maker. It ran parallel to Milan vs Munich. Anyway, I watched the Krupp movie. The story is about a company which had already been a big part in the armament of Germany in the first ww. Hitler, a ww1 veteran, was crazy to get these cannons again. It was not only that these people lost their conscience in the first ww, but they imported certain images - forever. One of those images was Krupp. Krupp and militarism. "Hart wie Krupp-Stahl." I think you are very naive calling Hitler somebody who liked to make some form of career. He visited Villa Huegel very often.

Berlusconi showed up in front of a pretrial
Mailand (dpa) -
Milan - The Italian prime Silvio Berlusconi appeared monday for the first time since a while in a courtroom. Cheered by numerous fans, the 74 year old media tycoon entered the heavily secured Milan court.
It is a pretrial in the so called Mediatrade trade. The judges need to decide during the upcoming hearings whether there will be a full trial against Berlusconi. Berlusconi needs to defend already in four full trials - among them the trial about the minor aged escort girl "Ruby."
remark: Ruby trial is a FAST FULL TRIAL - that means it happens under conditions where the accused one has reduced rights of objection - Berlusconi developed this fascist mode himself to hunt down "auto-criminals (rapists and so on)."

The environmentalist Greens meanwhile took 25% of the vote, ahead of the 23.5% secured by the Social Democrats. The results mean that the center-left parties can now form a coalition, with the Greens set to name the governor in a German state for the first time.
That the upset should happen in Baden-Wuerttemberg, a wealthy region along Germany's border with France and Switzerland home to luxury car makers Daimler AG (DDAIY) and Porsche SE (POAHY), is doubly embarrassing for Merkel and her party. CDU rule in the state was unchallenged in the post-war era until this election cycle, when creeping voter fatigue with such a protracted political order was magnified by vociferous protests against plans to redevelop Stuttgart's central train station that drew the attention of the nation.

Germany:Mappus threatened by ouster
Stuttgart/Mainz (dpa) -
The super-election year in Germany is at a hype this sunday with state voting in Rhinania-Palatinate and Baden-Wuerttemberg. The Christ Dems are supposed to loose their reign after six decades in power with their prime Stefan Mappus in Baden-Wuerttemberg.
If this historical rift should take place, there would also be consequences for the conservative government of German chancellor Angela Merkel (Christ Dems). The social dem Beck in Rhinania Palatinate is expected to need a coalition partner to continue his reign.
In Hessia there are also municipal elections taking place. A total of 15.5 mio citizens is expected to vote.
The election campaign was overshadowed in the end heavily by the nuclear catastrophy in Japan and a new debate about nuclear energy in Germany. Merkel defended concerning the appraoaching end of the election campaign phase in Trier (Treverorum)(see also Porta Nigra) the switch off for seven of the oldest npps for three months and the examination of all German npps. Merkel said that the decree like moratorium was no tactical election phase manoeuver and "completly applying to the situation(it was more meant like matter - id est -probably -uranium thus). " The conservatives in Baden Wuerttemberg finished their election contest already on friday with the virtual support of Angela Merkel. The parties were massively advertising their cause (ideology) on saturday with stands in the pedestrian zones in the respective German states as well.

Wisconsin union law published despite court order
MADISON, Wis. – Wisconsin officials couldn't agree Friday about whether an explosive law taking away nearly all public worker collective bargaining rights was about to take effect after a nonpartisan legislative bureau published it despite a court order blocking implementation.
The head of the Legislative Reference Bureau that made the move, as well as a nonpartisan attorney for the Legislature, said the action was merely procedural. But Republican legislative leaders, who encouraged the bureau's action, insisted it meant law would take effect Saturday.
Gov. Scott Walker's office, meanwhile, would issue only a vague statement saying simply that the administration planned to carry out the law as required.
The move is just the latest in a series of parliamentary and legal maneuvers employed over the past six weeks to enact a bill that prompted Senate Democrats to flee the state to block a vote and brought on waves of Capitol protests that grew larger than 85,000 people as Wisconsin became the center of a national fight over union rights.

Obama & Libya
Libya mission gaining, as US looks to cede control
AP – 19 mins agoPresident Barack Obama categorically ruled out a land invasion to oust Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi Wednesday as coalition forces launched a fifth day of air strikes against government military targets in the North African nation. Full Story »
Cohn Bendit lamented about Libya today and I want to take the opportunity to remark sth as well
German Yahoo
A) The rebels were under high pressure when the UN resolution hit
B) France was pretty quick in intervening and it was quite good they did, so the Rebels still hold Benghazi and they dont need to blow up the whole country again to get rid of Ghaddafi.
C) Sarkozy was pretty fast in intervening because he got elections next year and he got pressure from the right so he is acting "leader like"
D) strong man policies are not necessarily left policies
E) This time its about Ghaddafi and I like the idea, but when it comes to another Iraq, I guess, others and me wont be so eager to participate.
F) Westerwelle is of course formally correct in mentioning that the French action was too fast and the Turks couldnt act this way even if they wanted. I mean ok, the guy is gay. But next time, we may be not this happy about a possible intervention.
In the end it comes down to the point that Cohn Bendit says you can throw your principal peace position overboard right now with all the exceptions it ever had. Best deal ever. I don't think so.
McDonalds or how you get cheated for 10 Euros
Dort bestellte ich mir ein Big Mac Menu.
I ordered a Bic Mac menu there. It costs currently 6 Euro 19. Furthermore, the menu was advertised through some plate on the wall. Thus I looked at the plate while ordering and I said "1 Big Mac Menu." The cashier said: "which one?" I said: "The one on the plate, costing 6 Euro 19." Cashier: "With a Coolaaaa?" I said: "yeah Cola would be nice." I said: "Furthermore I'd like a Cheeseburger." Cashier: "a Cheeeeeseburgeeer?" Obviously, the order was so unbelievable, that he had to ask for it.
I said nerved: "yes a Cheeseburger." Cashier: "Adds to 7 Euros 19."
I just wanted to hand him the money when he said: "Big Mac not yet in, Fries 2 minutes." I said: "Cant change it." He went to get the Coke.
I stared for a while at the Cheeseburger on the board (that was already done) when he understood after 30 seconds my desiring anticipating views. Cashier:" Do you like to eat the Cheeseburger right now?" while he was holding the Cheeseburger in his hand after he grabbed it out of the storage. To prevent him from eating it himself while being unable to put it on the tablett I said: "Of course I want to eat it right now, am I supposed to stare for 5 minutes at the roof while you are doing fries?" Cashier:"I can serve it as a whole also." Because it wasnt a whole right now and because it was still 5 minutes away before it could become a whole I said: "
This is a Fast Food restaurant, isnt it?" Cashier:"What kind of problem do you have?" (!!!) I said "Fast means Fast doesnt it?"He said "maybe" and grabbed for my 10 Euros. He closed the desk -more or less flat out. Cashier: "You have to level your tone." I said: "If you are obviously unable to sell a Big Mac, I dont know what you want." Cashier: "I dont have people shouting at me."
I said: "I made a contract with you (Its called a contract in Germany only if you order a Coke) and you cashed my money already. I want my meal." Cashier: "We can go to the police right away." I said: "I want my money back." Cashier: "You wont get it." I said: Alright, lets go to the cops."
When we got to the cops, the cashier explained lengthy that he felt treated miserably. I had to defend against his accusationsfor a while, which were totally absurd.
It got so extended that the cops checked our identities and made photocopies of our passports.
Finally he said: "Now you will get the whoooole money back."
I thought this 2 b a provocation and I said so and I got repudiated by a cop.
My opinion: If I eat for 7 Euros 19 some stupid Big Mac, Cheeseburger with fries and a coke, I dont like to experience that the cashier tells me in some encrypted form that he is obviously flat out broke due to me.
At the police station he wasnt also idle to claim that visitors got disturbed by me. I said "the place was completly empty, only 3 people fit into it."
Cashier: "Its sufficient there is only one baby in it, damaged for life."
I dont like some McDonalds statement calling me some fucking child abuser on a police station. Last time I got into it.

Ballack and the imperial interests of Arizona
Welcome to Kindergarden
Ballack insults by megaphone
Now, in the last thread I was busy to decry the imperial efforts of Arizona. Mr.Ballack is some kind of truesome rebel as well.He insulted Cologne located in Germany via megaphone and called it a pile of shit. He is currently playing soccer for Bayer Leverkusen. Leverkusen is located 20 km northwards of Cologne. There is of course some story to both the cities in recent history. Yesterday I was riding in a train. I had some talk with a beardy guy. In the 70s when there was a rush to form mega-municipalities, what was somehow connected to Russian efforts to get some efficiency into the administration of their extended landmass, Cologne tried to get a hold of Leverkusen. The effort- 2 abbrevi8 it - failed. Leverkusen is still no part of Cologne.
Companies are required to pay commerce tax in Germany. The municipalities receive it. Now, when Bayer chemicals got to know they need to pay taxes in Cologne and not in Leverkusen anymore, they were quite disturbed. Till then, they got some deal in Leverkusen. Because they provided jobs in Leverkusen, they got a tax exempt or some deal, so Bayer hardly paid a commerce tax in Leverkusen.
Next thing that happened was that Bayer paid the debts of Leverkusen, what was 290mio DM, 145 mio Euro today, but it is much more today speaking of inflation.
Because you only need to prove your eligibility in financial terms as a municipality in Germany to stay independent and not to be merged.
So Leverkusen sued -debt free - and stayed independent.
The other side of the story is that Cologne faces Nurremberg this weekend and, well, I think in Nurremberg the Nazis held some gatherings.
Anyway again, I think the balanced perspective of Mr Ballack towards average shitpiles is so remarkable it should be mentioned.
He is still captain of Germany's national soccer team.
The philosophical aspect of Rhode Island and California, the union and Bank of America
Arizona Senate President tells Tea Party: You are not US citizens
Well, in 1860, California joined the union and was part of the American civil war. Many people discerned later that cities like Los Angeles are within the territory of California. Several population centers developed on Yankee territory. There is for example Chicago or New York or or Los Angeles. Again these centers are connected through roads and air line connections as well as phone lines. We call this infrastructure. This infrastructure is mainly located on US territory (for 99% I guess despite it is Canada). Now for the historical development of the US, there are remnants of this historical development, for example Rhode Island. This is neither good nor bad, it simply adds to the fact that the US shines through its diversity. In fact the US became a lightning wedge in human development and as we listen to the word united it surely implies that the spirit of this country is mainly a joined effort.
I was anyway astonished that some conservative made a statement hinting that he doesnt like the federal order of the US but likes to become some seperatist to pursue his personal interest right ahead of the French department vote. There arent states in France, there are departments, and it limits heavily the freedom towards the federal govt.
Now, normally, dictators prefer heavily to have some direct command pipe towards each fucking village within their reign. This is of course not the case in France. The point I'm trying to make is only that this Arizona perspective is surely not a Nazi standard perspective.
On the other hand, we might assume that the senate leader from Arizona doesn't like to take commands from Mr.Obama.
Now, as I have depicted before, the US was some voluntary union and the constitution it has was rooted in the idea of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Now the Arizona senate leader is obviously opining that he is neither bound to commands from Mr Obama nor is he in any form required to respect the will of the people to form an union which is not at the behest of his willful opinion.
Id call it hypocrisy.
Whereas Republicans are mostly eager to defend the values of marriage despite Karl Rove and are defending transterritorial interests of BOA, they are lame when it comes to find the individual in a whole. As of such, they call the result tea party. That is a misunderstanding. The tea party took place because people wanted their union away from the Empire. They called it US. It's obvious that Arizona has a certain difficulty in understanding this.

French Nazis out for a laugh
The French department voting yielded that French Nazis gained, but mainly from conservatives. In the first round of voting FN candidates didnt only qualify for a 2 person runoff but are sometimes even ahead in percentage points. As of such FN general secretary Steeve Briois received in his northern French "castle" Henin Beaumont 36% of the votes and he can hope to hold the first general seat in a department representation as a nazi. The circuits of Reims and Perpignan and Metz show some pretty clear Nazi advantage also.
The gains for the nazis were mainly rooted in losses for the conservatives (UMP). The govt party suffered some aching loss 13 months ahead of the presidential vote in spring 2012 .according to the French press. The economical paper "La Tribune" sees a strong correction for the party of Nicolas Sarkozy." The pro govt paper of Paris "Le Figaro" sees a historical repulse for the burgoise right.
The UMP comments only with the statement that this (department) voting is mostly used to correct the govt party.
Thus the result isn't too hefty.
"Coherently" the head of the UMP Copé announced that his party wont build an alliance with the extreme right nor will it form some "Republican Front" with the left against the FN candidates.
With this neither-nor the UMP adds only to the further banalisation of the party of Marine LePen cause it doesnt make a diffrence between democratic forces and nazis.
The socialists added that in 2002, the left voted coherently for the conservative candidate Chiraq (when he was facing LePen the older).
Left parties who currently control 58 of 100 departments are deemed to make some gains on sunday. Socialists, leftfront (leftparties and communists) and the ecos besides other lefties received a voting margin around 50 % on last sunday, UMP got 17 , and the Nazis received 15,2%.
Absence was at at 55,5%.

Missiles strike Libya in first wave of allied assault
BENGHAZI, Libya — A coalition of American and European forces bombed Libyan targets by air and sea Saturday in the first phase of a military campaign to drive Moammar Gadhafi from power.
French warplanes fired the first shots in the broadest international military effort since the Iraq war, destroying government tanks and armored vehicles in the region of the rebels' eastern stronghold, Benghazi. Hours later, British and U.S. warships and submarines launched more than 110 Tomahawk missiles against Gadhafi's air defenses around the capital Tripoli and the western city of Misrata, which has been besieged by Gadhafi's forces, Pentagon officials said.
Early Sunday morning, several loud explosions were heard in Tripoli, followed by what sounded like bursts of anti-aircraft fire.
Libyan state TV on Sunday quoted the government's armed forces command as saying 48 people were killed and 150 wounded in the allied assault. The statement said most of the casualties were children. The report could not be independently confirmed.
The aim of the coalition's operation, dubbed Odyssey Dawn, was to enforce a United Nations-sanctioned no-fly zone over Libya and stop Gadhafi from attacking overwhelmed rebel forces in the east.

Nate Dogg is deceased
LOS ANGELES – Singer Nate Dogg, whose near monotone crooning anchored some of rap's most seminal songs and helped define the sound of West coast hip-hop, has died at age 41.
Nate Dogg, whose real name was Nathaniel D. Hale, died Tuesday of complications from multiple strokes, said Attorney Mark Geragos.
Nate Dogg wasn't a rapper, but he was an integral figure in the genre: His deep voice wasn't particularly melodic, but its tone — at times menacing, at times playful, yet always charming — provided just the right touch on hits including Warren G's "Regulate," 50 Cent's "21 Questions," Dr. Dre's "The Next Episode" and countless others.

Stinginess.I d call it a rat, and, halleluja to this other Bavarian in Rome.

Pretty strange what Gaddafi is doing
I'd call it nervous at best. In any case, there is serious competition between the two. The west should stand up for its hostility towards Gaddafi. Reagan bombarded Tripolis a while ago, and Lockerbie didn't happen yesterday also. The no-fly zone is an absolute necessity.

Freshman Democrat upbraids Obama on spending
AP – 14 mins agoWASHINGTON – A freshman Democratic senator accused President Barack Obama on Tuesday of failing to provide leadership on a worsening national deficit as top Republicans and Democrats on Capitol Hill spent more time pointing fingers than seeking common ground on a must-do measure to fund the government for the next six months. Germany: bio fuel stays -unsupported
Till the end of the 50s, an ethanol part of upto 25% in fuel was normal in Germany. If you use old tractors you can use the Mammutflasch Lambrusco (BAP) as well. Simply go to ALDI and buy some. Well the liter Lambrusco wont be much more expensive than a liter of gas station fuel.
The car industry is obviously unwilling 2 publish car types which can use ethanol. Why? Its obvious that high end engines are fine tuned. So, the guy driving the 850 cant use it, but the 323 can? Its obvious that this will cause some open mouths and some car makers arent longing for the publication.
So, because Merkel studied Physics in the GDR, the communists probably told her that you can ride a T34 with Vodka also. Her nervy naive appearances in the context are totally disgusting and the car lobby should stop paying her for the crap.

Bio-Fuel desaster in Germany
Roettgen is head of NRW's conservatives while he is minister of environment. And while Lammert was lately decrying the lack of effort to save money, this is a clear case of total failure, where a bit more money would have pushed success. As such, it is a hazard.

Merkels Strategie scheitert

Polls: France: Nazis ahead of conservatives
German NTV
She is the daughter of nazi Jean Marie LePen and she leads the party front nacionale at his place. She would receive according to a recent poll most of the votes during the upcoming presidential vote in France. The socialists yell it's the own fault of the current head of state Sarkozy.

Shock news for the French president Nicolas Sarkozy: the head of the far right front nacionale, Marine LePen, would currently gain a victory out of the first round of the presidential vote. That is the result of a representative poll for the paper "Le Parisien." According to it, the 42 year old would gather 23 % of the vote. Marine LePen got the job recently from her father. Sarkozy and his socialist rival, the head of PS, Martine Aubry both received 21%. The vote will take place in may 2012 though.
wiki: Martine Aubry
comment: Well, I think its really "totally breathtaking" that Marine followed her father. But, thats no big surprise. So wheres the sudden gain in votes coming from? THe only thing that is more interesting is that Aubry is mayor of Lille and FN held its inauguration party for Marine there, so you could think that FN chases Aubry.
Then again, if you really anticipate that FN subtracted some votes from Aubry by stirring some fuzz in Lille, Sarkozy should do much better, cause till now, he hardly got a scratch from Marine LePen. In other words, Sarkozy's vote margin is abyssmal.
