German constitution watch is still playing it like "we did not even know the nazis could piss by themselves. We thought they need pampers." Ok, this maybe exaggerated, but its totally strange that though there is a mass of accusations against constitutional watch, the response stays a one-liner

Anyway, what you see on the pic is that these guys were already pretty para-military 30 years ago.(pic 41)

The Saxon MP Kerstin Köditz (44, leftparty) accuses the constitution watch in Saxony of "failure" and "abuse of office."
It's about the nazi-network "Brigade east" in the Saxon 5000 inhabitant-village Johanngeorgenstadt. The right wing gang met in some car storages since 2000. Members are supposed to have supported „Nationalsozialistischer Untergrund“ (NSU), which performed the kills of Doener hut owners.

For example André E. (32), who got captured on thursday in Grabow near Belzig by GSG9. He is supposed to having had contact 2 NSU-Trio Beate Z. (36), Uwe Mundlos (†38) and Uwe Böhnhardt (†34) . He produced a culprit tape in 2007 that glorified the kills.

Further „Brigade Ost“-members: Mandy S., hair dresser. She gave her passport to Beate Z. And Matthias D. He rented 2 flats for the trio in Zwickau.

"I accuse the constitutional watch of failure and blindness in office" Köditz said to BZ. "There was obviously an undercover agent in the neonazi scene in Johanngeorgenstadt,to which brigade east belonged as well." As a proof she mentions a parliamentarian request (question of mp) towards the state govt from 26feb2003. It reads in the answer that "the question cannot be answered publicly for reasons of secrecy because otherwise conclusions could be drawn towards the working methods of (the constitutional watch) and by it how the constitutional watch gathers information."



How is constitutional watch responding to the accusations? "The matter concerns current investigations of the German attorney general. A public statement is insofar thus not possible."
