EFSF lever and the president of German parliament
The EFSF "lever" is only some "upgrade" of the sum that is provided as a guarantee for the Euro. It shall be raised from 400bio to 2 trillion Euros. Now German parliament voted lately about EFSF itself. Back then, Lammert provided extra speech time for the guys who opposed EFSF. This time, concerning the upgrade or lever, he is suddenly completly opposing any vote. In total, you could call Lammerts behaviour simply vote rigging, what is not very fitting for a president of German parliament.
