The Federal Constitutional Court announces today in Karlsruhe its judgement about the Greece assistance and the euro-emergency parachute. The complaints of a group of professors as well as the CSU member of the Bundestag Peter Gauweiler -examined by the judges- estim8 the German endorsements for Greece 2b 22.4 billion euros and the participation in the euro-emergency parachute 2b 123 billion euros ----- furthermore violating the German constitution . It is assumed that the court approves of the assistance, for future rescue measures however a stronger participation of the Bundestag is called in.

Seehofer doesnt exclude Euro exit of Greece, but is principally calm if German parliament has more of a say concerning Euro parachute.
