According to statements of the speaker of eu-parliament president Jerzy Buzek Berlusconi arranged the meeting himself and Buzek was about to welcome him disregarding an already full date planer. The president will talk "joyful" with the prime about the current debt crisis, Buzek's speaker said. Instead the president himself was caught in a certain shame - he mentioned 'he got principally only two minutes for Berlusconi. '
