Gingrich claims ‘there is no Supreme Court’ in the U.S. Constitution

Montesquieu invented that a state should be divided into three branches: legislative, executive and jurisdiction. Mr Gingrich does not share this view. He doesnt believe in a high court as the top of the jurisdictional branch. He is obviously believing in some slumping, undiversified state system that is supportive of his corruptive needs. Mr Gingrich constitutes himself either out of anarchy or out of chaos.

Charles-Louis de Secondat, baron de La Brède et de Montesquieu (English pronunciation: /ˈmɒntɨskjuː/, French pronunciation: [mɔ̃tɛskjø]; 18 January 1689 – 10 February 1755), generally referred to as simply Montesquieu, was a French social commentator and political thinker who lived during the Enlightenment. He is famous for his articulation of the theory of separation of powers, taken for granted in modern discussions of government and implemented in many constitutions throughout the world.

Gingrich claims Supreme Court not in Constitution

Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich made the surprising and completely false assertion this week that the Constitution doesn’t mention the Supreme Court.

“There is no Supreme Court in the American Constitution,” Gingrich told an audience in Pella, Iowa. “There’s the court which is the Supreme of the judicial branch, but it’s not supreme over the legislative and executive branch. We now have this entire national elite that wants us to believe that any five lawyers are a Constitutional convention. That is profoundly un-American and profoundly wrong.”

Quick Wikipedia! Before Gingrich brain dead zombie drones try to change history, you better put a lock on the Supreme Court Page, and the U.S. Constitution page!

Oh wait, Gingrich doesn't have any brain dead zombie drones or followers of any kind anymore. He is lonelier than Ron Paul.

This calls for another vacation!
