Even as Blitzer insisted a non lifting of the debt ceiling will cause the US to loose its AAA rating and thus go bankrupt sooner or later, Leads idea was still more or less that you can give a ship about it anyway.

Congressional leaders of both parties and President Obama said they had agreed to a framework for a deal to present to their caucuses Monday, moving closer to a measure that could pass both chambers.
