De Maizière criticizes predecessor
Unbearable conditions at German Armed Forces, predecessor potentially "idle" , insufficient planning. There seem to be several staffs in the ministry of defense which are simply checking on each other. It was furthermore a challenge to find qualified candidates for difficult positions.
