Horst Koehler
What do I mean by I it? I wont buy an I Pad anytime soon. Thats for sure. I give a fukk about the idea that the platina of an Apple 2 GS reminds of the WTC. Thats for sure too. And I dont think Steve Jobs is a motherfukking terrorist. I dont think so too.
What I think is that if u speak of economical wars u mean also that Israelis can block the Gaza strip. And thats an economical blockade. And if the Jews shoot Palestinians in Gummi boats thats bad luck. And if u speak 5 days ahead of it thats again bad luck.
Now, my father was Saxon and Im even a relative of Horst Koehler around 3 corners. But thats not the point. If u take a risk u may get an error in return. Blair supported economical wars and stepped back and Bush supported economical wars and stepped back. Now the idea of Mr Coaler to speak of economical wars is a tat bit late. Theres no nuccular power left to support it. Obama wont say so and Cameron just said he'll retreat from Iraq.I dont know why Coaler said so. It was doomed 2 failure anyway.
Now in 2008 or whensoever I got 2 know Angelica and Angelica was more or less stupid Jewish. Thats really stupid and Im really sorry and she her father was from Poland lives in Swabia right now. But thats not the point again. The juice is the juice and the force is the force. So... if u got a some Palestinian ships in front of Israel the Israelis might sink it. Bad luck but Im not sorry.

(CNN) -- An Aeromexico flight from France to Mexico was diverted to Montreal, Canada, Sunday because a "person of interest" was on board, a Transportation Security Administration spokesman said.
Law enforcement officers removed the passenger from the flight after it landed at the Montreal airport, and arrested the individual on an outstanding warrant, TSA spokesman Sterling Payne said.
All other passengers were rescreened before the flight continued to its destination of Mexico City, Mexico, he said. The Boeing 767 originated in Paris, France.
Payne said TSA would continue to monitor the flight.

US eyes plan for 'unilateral' strike on Pakistan
US military planners are looking at options for a unilateral strike in Pakistan, for use if a successful attack on US soil is traced to Pakistani tribal areas, The Washington Post reported late Friday.
US retaliation would be contemplated only under extreme circumstances, unnamed senior military officials told the Post.
These circumstances might include a catastrophic attack that convinced President Barack Obama that the ongoing campaign of CIA drone strikes was insufficient.
"Planning has been reinvigorated in the wake of Times Square," one official told the newspaper.
The report comes in the wake of the failed May 1 attack on New York's crowded Times Square, which is in the city's busy theater district.

PRAGUE – The Czech Republic is moving closer to getting a center-right government after three parties that captured the most votes in a parliamentary election say they are ready to support a coalition.
Saturday's ballot gave the conservative Civic Democratic Party and two new parties — the conservative TOP 09 and the centrist Public Affairs — a comfortable majority of 118 seats in Parliament's 200-seat lower chamber.
Petr Necas, the Civic Democrats' interim chairman, said Sunday the three parties confirmed "a common will" to form a coalition. They all agreed to reduce the country's debt and carry out fundamental reforms.
The winner of the vote, the left-wing Social Democrats, has no realistic chance of creating a coalition.
Political negotiations start Monday and could take weeks.

Dennis Hopper is deceased
LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Hollywood actor Dennis Hopper, best known for directing and starring in the 1969 cult classic "Easy Rider," died on Saturday from complications of prostate cancer, a friend of the actor said. Hopper was 74.
The hard-living screen star died at his home in the coastal Los Angeles suburb of Venice at 8:15 a.m. PDT (1515 GMT), surrounded by family and friends, the friend, Alex Hitz, told Reuters.
In a wildly varied career spanning more than 50 years, Hopper appeared alongside his mentor James Dean in "Rebel Without a Cause" and "Giant" in the 1950s and played maniacs in such films as "Apocalypse Now," "Blue Velvet" and "Speed."
He received two Oscar nominations -- for writing "Easy Rider" (with co-star Peter Fonda and Terry Southern), and for a rare heartwarming turn as an alcoholic high-school basketball coach in the 1986 drama "Hoosiers."
"Easy Rider," regarded is one of the greatest films of American cinema, helped usher in a new era in which the old Hollywood guard was forced to cede power to young filmmakers such as Francis Ford Coppola and Martin Scorsese.

The Iraq war was always nervy also, despite that it didn't yield 2 much.If I was Obama or whomsoever, I had kicked Akmaydjinedjad's ass for 5 years, but OK, these are obviously "side effects" you need 2 appreci8. It was always the side effects of Bush's stupid Iraq war, that turn out 2 b more stupid than this stupid war itself.

WASHINGTON – An experimental aircraft has set a record for hypersonic flight, flying more than 3 minutes at Mach 6 — six times the speed of sound.
The X-51A Waverider was released from a B-52 Stratofortress off the southern California coast Wednesday morning, the Air Force reported on its website. Its scramjet engine accelerated the vehicle to Mach 6, and it flew autonomously for 200 seconds before losing acceleration. At that point the test was terminated.
The Air Force said the previous record for a hypersonic scramjet burn was 12 seconds.

Germany is in an "economical war" in Afghanistan
German president Coaler made this statement. Germany is defending economical interests in Afghanistan. Well, I must admit that I'm totally nerved by this perspective because it deletes any moral authority from this mission. The remark is BAD regardless whether it's true or not.
Because I don't like to comment on this total crap any further I translate the statement of leftparty for you:
leftparty.de
Head of leftparty Ernst demands after the divisive remarks of Coaler new voting about the Afghanistan mission of the German armed forces. The mandate is thus in this context not covered by the constitution, because its an economical war.
HE DECLARES:
This wasn't a misunderstanding. Coaler said openly what can't be denied: German soldiers risk their lives in Afghanistan for the interests of mega-companies. The sharp criticism of the social dems shall only deroute from the fact that the social dems supported the mission in the first place. Its not a peace securing mission but a war for influence and raw materials. The Afghanistan mandate of German parliament doesn't cover the reality at Hindukush. German constitution doesn't permit economical wars. You dont create peace with war. German armed forces have to retreat from Afghanistan. Its the will of the majority of the population. The mission has 2 b voted upon renewdly in German parliament as fast as possible. And the every representative has to take responsibility 4 whether he sends our soldiers in a war that only serves export interests.
The entire text of what Coaler said:
" (though) My estimate is that we are -as a whole- en route to understand in the breadth of our society that a country of our size with this orientation on exterior trade and thus with such a dependency on exterior trade got to know also that in a case of doubt, that in a case of emergency military force is necessary -just to keep our interests - for example 4 free trade routes - or to avoid regional instabilities which will backfire on our chances thru trade, jobs, income. All this should be discussed and I think we are on a path which is not so bad."
Now, the office of the president stated that these remarks were not in context with the Afghan war. That is highly doubtful, because he flew back from Afghanistan, so the question must be seen in context with the war as well as the answer.
Now, what is the context anyway?
Germany got no nuclear deterrence for a lost world war.
Germany cannot fight limited conflicts because otherwise its in danger for example in Afghanistan, to be nukkularized for example by Iran.
The threat is simple: Retreat or we will fire. Germany needs allies which providen this nuclear capability.
Now, if we are fighting regional or limited wars, why shouldnt the ally keep the money for himself and gives a fukk about our presence?
Well, its totally clear that for example the US will do so.
So, the German presence in Afghanistan cant be rooted in an economical war but it can exclusively been routed in a moral war on an UN resolution and Coalers remarks and totally false and totally inadequate and do not serve the situation anyhow.
THERE ARE NO LIMITED WARS ANYMORE BECAUSE THERE IS NUCLEAR DETERRENCE AND IF YOU GOT NUCLEAR DETERRENCE THEN U GOT LIMITED WARS AGAIN. BUT ONLY IF U GOT NUCLEAR DETERRENCE.

Global Leaders Express Concern Over Arizona’s New Immigration Law
Last week, following Mexican President Felipe Calderon’s speech before Congress, many conservatives blasted Calderon for slamming Arizona’s new immigration law and “meddling” in U.S. politics. “It’s about us. It’s about our citizenry,” said Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC). “I just think that’s a line I would prefer that he did not cross. He went farther than I’m comfortable with,” stated Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX). A statement released by Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) read, “It’s unfortunate and disappointing the president of Mexico chose to criticize the state of Arizona by weighing in on a U.S. domestic policy issue during a trip that was meant to reaffirm the unique relationship between our two countries.” However, Calderon isn’t the first international figure to voice his concerns over the law. In fact, he joins a loud chorus of global leaders who have criticized the drastic measures that Arizona is taking to lock out undocumented immigrants:
CENTRAL AMERICA: The Guatemalan Foreign Ministry issued a press release soon after Gov. Jan Brewer signed SB-1070 into law, deploring the measure and expressing the government’s “deep concern” for the threat it represents to basic justice. The new government of Honduras also condemned the law. “Honduras considers that the passing of the law is the wrong step and does nothing to resolve the core problems behind of illegal immigration,” said Minister of the Presidency María Antonieta Guillén. Officials in El Salvador urged its citizens to avoid traveling to Arizona, and in Nicaragua, officials called on the Organization of American States (OAS) and the United Nations (UN) “to take the necessary measures to safeguard the rights of the Hispanic population.”
SOUTH AMERICA: The Chilean Secretary of OAS, José Miguel Insulza, responded to Nicaragua’s request by expressing “the concern of the OAS, its Secretary General, the countries of the hemisphere and the Latin American community with the passage of a law in a state of the United States that we consider to be discriminatory against immigrants, and in particular against a population of such origin that lives in this country.” Heads of state and foreign ministers of the 12-member Union of South American Nations (UNASUR) slammed SB-1070, stating that it encourages “discretional detention of people based on racial, ethnic, phenotypic, language and migratory status reasons under the questionable concept of ‘reasonable doubt.’”
EUROPE: After reviewing the law, UN experts based in Geneva, Switzerland stated that SB-1070 could violate international standards that are binding in the United States. “A disturbing pattern of legislative activity hostile to ethnic minorities and immigrants has been established with the adoption of an immigration law that may allow for police action targeting individuals on the basis of their perceived ethnic origin,” the experts said. Amnesty International, whose headquarters is based in London, agreed, calling the law “cruel and misguided” and in violation of Article 9 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
AFRICA: South African Nobel Peace Prize winner Desmond Tutu has been an outspoken critic of Arizona’s immigration law. “Abominations such as apartheid do not start with an entire population suddenly becoming inhumane. They start here. They start with generalizing unwanted characteristics across an entire segment of a population,” wrote Tutu. “A solution that degrades innocent people, or that makes anyone with broken English a suspect, is not a solution.”
When it comes down to it, Arizonans may not care about what the international community has to say about its controversial new law, but global leaders have every right to care about what might happen to their countrymen and woman who visit, live, or travel through their state. In the end, it’s not meddling, it’s diplomacy with a stick.

British defense secretary: 'We are not a global policeman'
Senior British officials, including new Foreign Secretary William Hague, arrived in Afghanistan Saturday with a warning that Britain wants to withdraw its troops as soon as possible.
Hague, Defense Secretary Liam Fox and International Development Secretary Andrew Mitchell are set to meet President Hamid Karzai in their first visit to the country since a new coalition government took power in London this month.
Hague described Afghanistan -- where around 10,000 British troops are helping fight a Taliban-led insurgency well into its ninth year -- as "our most urgent priority" in comments released from London as the party touched down.
In an interview with The Times newspaper before arriving in Kabul, Fox made clear the visit would focus on speeding up the withdrawal of British troops from Afghanistan, and that no new troops would be deployed.
One of the American political establishment's most enthusiastic supporters of dangerous offshore drilling appears to have suffered either a dramatic change of heart or a severe bout with amnesia.
Sarah Palin, the one time vice presidential candidate and former governor of Alaska who quit after less than half her elected term to promote a book and host a show on Fox News, coined the 2008 campaign slogan "Drill baby, drill" that's still heard at conservative rallies nation-wide. Palin's politics run so hand-in-hand with big oil interests, she's actually increased her advocacy of drilling in the wake of the Gulf oil gusher, expected to become the worst ecological disaster in America's history.
Yet, no waiving flag can fight the way the wind blows.
With the PR disaster surrounding British Petroleum reaching near cataclysmic proportions, Palin must have sensed it politically opportune to attack that which has so bolstered her own career, which is exactly what she did during a Sunday television appearance.
Speaking during a Fox News segment, Palin suggested campaign contributions may explain why Obama was "taking so doggone long to get in there, to dive in there and grasp the complexity and the potential tragedy that we are seeing here in the Gulf of Mexico."

Oil firm BP may be "pushed out of the way"
Oil firm BP may be "pushed out of the way" if it fails to perform in the Gulf of Mexico oil disaster clean-up, a top US official has warned.
Interior Secretary Ken Salazar said the British company had missed "deadline after deadline" in its efforts to seal a blown-out oil well.
But he said BP had agreed to pay clean-up costs beyond the current US $75m (£52m) liability limit.
Mr Salazar is due to visit the disaster site on Monday with other officials.
The oil leak began more than a month ago, when a drilling rig operated on behalf of BP exploded, killing 11 people.
Millions of barrels of oil have spewed into the ocean since then from the well's ruptured riser pipe, 1,524m (5,000ft) beneath the surface
The spill has reached Louisiana and is threatening Florida and Cuba.

Washington (CNN) – Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin arrived in Boise, Idaho on Friday to stump for House candidate Vaughn Ward - but her luggage didn't.
Speaking to a crowd Boise's Qwest Arena, Palin touted the conservative credentials of the Republican congressional hopeful, but also revealed that her outfit, a blue jacket and black dress, was not her own.
"This morning my luggage didn't arrive, so about an hour ago I was sitting backstage in sweats, tennis shoes, and man this is just so me it seems like," Palin told the crowd.
"I'm in borrowed clothes, again. Anybody who followed the VP trail … yep," Palin joked, alluding to controversial purchases made by Republican National Committee to fill out her wardrobe during the 2008 presidential campaign.

US Intel Chief Resigns After Brief but Bumpy Tenure
How does Bin Laden look like today?US Intel Chief Resigns After Brief but Bumpy Tenure
Small side story: Being to Frankfurt lately 4 travelling 2 Cuba, I must admit that Frankfurt had a really bad inner city fallout on the weekend. THat means that there are pretty many commuters just coming into the city during the week and that during the weekend, there are pretty many rotten guys round. The dress code changes completly. Its not really bad, but when I was in Frankfurt in 97 it wasnt like this. My keys and my watch disappeared, I had my car transported to a car mechanic to exchange the locks, while I was on Cuba, they changed them. Now, I dont know whether this is a cause or a symptom of the Euro weakness or whether it has anything at all in common. One thing is sure: the ECB got taken over by the national govts. I dont know whether Mr.Blair did do anything to accelerate the exodus of the ECB. Its just strange he gets fired on the same day the US senate passes bank regulation. The US now can do the same Europe is doing for 1 year now: Control the markets. And: Cleggomeroon won't control as hard as Brown did.
I read lately that 80% of all European hedge funds are located in the UK. And lets say, the British still appreciate it if you buy tooth paste out of Hong Kong or elsewhere out of the Commonwealth. Tja, blub-blub, what does this tell us? Now, European exports are becoming cheaper because the Euro is weak.
The Euro weakness is of course no direct consequence of exports out of the Commonwealth into Europe. Its just that the impression occurs that there are certain relations that are being reshaped in an older fashion right now. And: the consequence might be that French and German exports flourish and the rest gets eaten, except the British of course who dont want to take part. But 1 thing is sure: European concentration will stiffen and US interests got harmed. Again: my sorry regrets Mr Blair got fired. Stupid asshole.
So again, lets straighten this a bit:
BLOCK1: France and Germany: a
a)Euros low. Exports rise.
b) Loans are being given to the needy. What in return? Big companies are getting bigger, concentration will speed up.
c) Small countries like Poland and Greece wont have mega-companies. They wont pay taxes there. Concentration and debt crisis will worsen.
BLOCK2: London: English will export heavily also: lets get the tooh paste from Hong Kong to Canada or vice versa.
wait! we missed out on... China! What do they do? Wait! ah. blub blub... they dont have a debt crisis. They are just running straight!So.... They can concentrate on their... exports!
So, again, this all sounds completly shitty from an US operspective. Ok, its maybe just option-less for Washington 2 call either Paris or Berlin or London or Bejing. Anyway again, what would have Mr Blair done about it?
Well normally I guess, they'd just said: WTO! evil evil anti capitalistic regulation that is stopping freedom. And? Why doesnt this happen right now?`Because the US is broke. The US simply doesnt have another 700bio$ for rotten banks. And? PLOP! Mr Blair got fired.
So... You could think that this situation should have preventable. True. But the Lehman Brother and all the others shut up about the coming crash. They tried to get McCain thru. For what? due to China. And? They didnt get him thru. The market crashed b4. So... China is gone 4ever. Unreachable. On a cloud. Irreversible.
So regarding the German torpedo that hit a South Korean patrol vessel lately: Its not this stupid to have some fuzz there as it might appear b4hand. Smartass productions, huh?
BP conceded Thursday that more oil than it estimated is gushing
btw, Chinas wealth isnt based on raw materials but on the products they build thru raw materials. (...) Bush was mostly pretty busy to stabilize the oil price, like with the Iraq war (...) Now, I guess there wont be 2 much offshore drilling soon huh? So, at first, Bush gets more for the barrel he sells. And? what about China? They need 2 pay more for the raw materials they import.

A German torpedo?
Since when got North Korea German torpedoes? Now, personally, I would recommend to the North to stay calm, because this clearly proves a sorry shit. Well, Germany got a conservative govt since sep 2009. In fact, the new German minister is called zu GUttenberg, or at Goodlehillz. He's a cracking smartass. Perhaps its just a fabricated Tonkin disaster.
Details of the coalition deal struck between the Tories and the Lib Dems are to be published in full, which the parties say is a "historic document".
In the foreword, David Cameron and Nick Clegg say although their parties have differences, there is "common ground".

I mean for evrybody who ever played Railroad Tycoon 2, the thing is clear: You can sell without having the shares, but bringing them in later at a smaller price, id est when the course crashed. Im no big fan of short selling. I dont think the market needs such means to describe the value of a share at this pace. I dont mean exactly u need to forbid it. On the other hand, I dont think the drop in value is this huge. From my position, they can keep it up for 2 months.

GULF OIL GUSHER TEN TIMES WORSE THAN PREVIOUSLY ESTIMATED
I watched Anderson Cooper yesterday. The reading is that 70000 gallons per day are emitted, so its all 4 days another Exxon Valdez disaster.
The BP bosses were strangely enough aboard the rig when the accident happened.
Even stranger, they were celebrating SAFETY MEASURES.
As I said before, Cheney's Halliburton checked the rig before and called it safe.
Praps our old 911 talent Dick Cheney has sth. to do with this accident. Remember when 911 happened, Bush was in Florida, but Cheney "managed" the situation, finally blowing up building 7.
Well, BP means undoubtfully British Petroleum. Recently there were elections in Britain. Perhaps this was a warning to somebody.
Yesterday I watched CCTV-4 English. The broadcast was called dialogue.
The broadcast discussed whether there is a high vulnerability to the euro because the ecb has to rely on 16 national banks and 16 diffrent fiscal policies.
The moderator was principally stressing that Greece needed 120 bio euros because traders can attack easily weak points in the Euro system and that it is obviously unjustified because the Greek obviously received the 120bio euros in "repairs" or whatsoever.
Now, the questioning turned to some British guy, London school of economics.
He simply stated that Greece was default and that formerly it was unimaginable because a country was broke, its rating was set to default in reality.
I think it's diffrent. First up u make necessary payments they are called default payments and if you don't do so it's called a default. The British guy simply avoided to judge the situation simply by saying they are bankrupt. No word about that there might be systematic failures.
Furthermore, what for it is unbelievable that this wouldnt have happened before?
Imagine it's 1960. Imagine you go to some German bank as some Greek, inside are some German Rest-nazis or whatsoever and you ask them "hey guys, I import 20 percent more than I export, will you borrow me 120 bio euros." I mean it's clear the guy is lying and he's lying big time. The import-export ratio sux not only for Greece and it's only because Margret Thatcher commandeered to privatize any state run company that was available.
And the stinking British are only sour that we dont import even our tooth paste from Hong Kong.
Maybe this accident was a warning, even to the British. Import more from elsewhere. Stop working.

WASHINGTON – Congressional officials say Democratic and Republican negotiators on a sweeping overhaul of banking regulations have agreed to jettison a $50 billion liquidation fund from the bill.
The fund would have been financed by large financial institutions and would have been used to cover the government's initial costs of taking down a giant failing firm. Instead, the new agreement requires the government to recoup the costs of liquidation from creditors, with other financial firms covering outstanding costs only as a last resort.
The agreement sets in place assurances Republicans received from Democrats last week that removed objections that had kept the bill from being debated.
THIS IS A BREAKING NEWS UPDATE. Check back soon for further information. AP's earlier story is below.
WASHINGTON (AP) — A Senate measure to protect taxpayers in future government Wall Street interventions is gaining bipartisan support as pro-regulation activists and the Obama administration girded themselves for a fight over financial controls with the banking lobby.
The Senate was scheduled to vote Tuesday on an amendment to the sweeping regulatory overhaul that would assert that taxpayers would bear no losses from any government liquidation of a large financial firm.
Taxpayers could still be called on to front billions of dollars to help cover the costs of taking down a failed firm through loans from the Treasury to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. But the legislation would require the Treasury to recover those costs over time from the sale of a firm's assets and by assessing a fee to other large financial institutions.

NEW YORK - Authorities arrested a U.S. citizen in connection with the failed bombing attempt in New York's Times Square as he tried to leave the country, Attorney General Eric Holder said Tuesday.
Faisal Shahzad, 30, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. ET Monday night by Customs and Border Protection agents as he attempted to board an Emirates airlines flight to Dubai at New York's JFK airport, officials said.
"It is clear that the intent behind this terrorist act was to kill Americans," Holder said.

Oil spill worse than Exxon Valdez---Interior Sec. Ken Salazar to CNN: 'We have to prepare for the worst.'
Ken Salazar Calls Gulf Coast Disaster A 'Grave Scenario' And 'Very Catastrophic' (VIDEO)
(AP/Huffington Post) -- Interior Secretary Ken Salazar says the potential environmental outlook for the Gulf Coast oil spill is "a very grave scenario."
He tells NBC's "Meet the Press" that it could take three months before workers attain what he calls the "ultimate solution" to stopping the leak -- drilling a relief well more than 3 miles below the ocean floor.
Until that's accomplished, he says, "a lot of oil could spread."
Salazar says President Barack Obama has directed him to protect all of the assets in the region, including the communities that will be affected by the spill.
Salazar also appeared on CNN's "State of the Union," telling host Candy Crowley that the Gulf Coast disaster was "indeed, a massive oil spill."
World Expo Shanghai
SHANGHAI – China's commercial capital of Shanghai has always been all about business. Nowhere is that more evident than at its World Expo, a giant bazaar of ideas, technologies and outright PR offensives focused on the world's fastest-growing major market.
In a cash-strapped 21st century of market meltdowns and big bailouts, the Expo, which opened to the public this weekend, is a multibillion dollar business opportunity that has yielded massive contracts for design, equipment and engineering firms.
Since they started out displaying new industrial technologies alongside new design and cultural offerings in the mid-19th century, world's fairs have always been something of a global marketplace in miniature.

Houston cops harm territorial integrity of China
DALLAS – Three Houston police officers have been restricted to desk duty after they followed a Chinese diplomat into the parking garage of the Chinese Consulate, arrested the man and injured him, the Houston mayor said.
Mayor Annise Parker said in a statement that the officers' duties will remain limited pending an investigation into how Chinese diplomat Yu Boren was injured last Saturday.
Officials in China's Foreign Ministry released a statement Friday saying police harassed and beat a deputy consul-general while he was driving to the consulate. The statement said a family member also was involved, but did not say if that person was injured.
