Well, my impression is bullshit. The Chinese just lifted from 3 to 4 to fight inflation. Next thing is: Im quite happy with the Euro at current. If this was 1929 - id est there were several European currencies at large - this policy would be disastrous. So this policy - only thrashes the dollar
