Germany: Smooth success for Kraft

Now the replacement budget and new record debt was voted through parliament- if NRW's constitutional court doesn't object.
Eklat in parliament - CDU and Lib dems file suit against record debt!
If the judges stick to the conservative opinion, there may be new elections. Social Dems and Greens voted a budget through that was developed a bit too late, for the election date in may 10 and the change in govt. The budget contains a revised increase of new debt from 6.6 to 8.4 bio euros - a new record for NRW.
Conservatives and lib dems dems announced they will sue against the budget in front of the constitutional court - immediately after the vote.
A so called immediate ordinance should furthermore stop the new budget from being listed in NRW's law list -also a job of the court. There was some fuzz when conservatives and lib dems couldn't vote through their attempted interruption of session. Then they simply left the session. Success for the government coaltion: The social dems and ecos did not even need the neutrality of the leftparty for the absence of 3 conservative representatives.Ex prime Ruettgers for example was on a businesstrip to Rome.
Prime Kraft said: "I am not alarmed. It is the right of factions to visit the constitutional court."Minister of finance Borjans:"I regard the threats of the opposition calmly. Since their failure in election in may they dislocate every controversy from parliament to court."
