Reno Police have confirmed that the alleged shooter of three Friday morning at the Kietzke Ln. Wal-mart is employee John Dennis Gillane.
According to authorities Gillane was still a worker at the shopping center when the shootings happened. Discussions were to take place this morning about his possible termination.
Gillane continues to remain inside the establishment since the shooting began around 8:30a.m.
According to police, negotiations are ongoing while they attempt to put on end to this standoff.
The store has been evacuated. The Wal-Mart parking lot is closed-off to all traffic.
The victims were all taken to Renown Medical Center. We’re told their injuries are non-life-threatening.
