The man who is obviously routinely betraying his populace according to his own statements is behind the point where he feels any guilt for it. OK, this may be an over interpretation. Berlusconi is coincidentally AGAIN investigated and the only ones who can still laugh about it is the Camorra, Cosa nostra and ndringhetta. OK, this may be over conclusive.
