I cant properly imagine what is so entertaining to have Abu Dhabi to buy a stake in me via some loan. It was a high sum and obviously, though the crisis is over, Citibank likes to have the cash and afterwards, pay some high interest rate. This hints more or less at the idea that Citibank likes risky business. Now, the conclusion is obvious thus: Abu Dhabi doesnt need to do so because Citibank isnt trustworthy, because the crisis is over and they may only do some risky business.
