I watched Monitor (TV-magazine) yesterday. It was a pretty funny report. Karstadt wanted to renovate its shopping mall in Leipzig peterstreet. First thing they sold their "old" shopping mall to Oppenheim Esch. Then it got renovated by Oppenheim Esch for 220 mio (320mioUS$) Euros. This was again paid by Karstadt. But then it wasnt resold to Karstadt but Karstadt started to pay a huge rent to Oppenheim Esch.
