I mean the 93 attacks on the WTC were mainly performed by Saudis. I don't believe these oil-scheichs, namely Bush and Cheney. If they had only picked up the same link it wouldnt have taken them long to get to Tora Bora and Oussama Bin Laden. In fact, when they got there, Bush waffled something about the context. I think the only reason why Bush didnt incarcerate Oussama Bin Laden is because he intended to torture for the next 5 years. What? You say the argument is incorrect? So what would have happened if another termate bomb exploded under his ass? I mean this man took 180 days holidays per year and couldn't put one sentence right. So which guarantees did Bush have? nil. What more? The weapons industry. Perhaps we torture some connection and perhaps we got a nice shoot out in Iraq. Well, the fukk happened. You know what I call this? Bad luck. Or the IQ of 1. And Obama's context statement namely that torture pics damage the image is as elusive. He would be a hero if he did publish'em. I think the intentions never existed in this form and it's just another embarassing moment when people get measured by their sunday speeches.(CNN) -- Finding a "smoking gun" linking Iraq and al Qaeda became the main purpose of the abusive interrogation program the Bush administration authorized in 2002, a former State Department official told CNN on Thursday.See also:
One of the Bush desaparecidos has been reportedly found dead of a suicide in a Libyan prison.
Awfully convenient that it was the one detainee that caused so much angst for the Bush administration that they effectively "disappeared" him even as they decided to bring the "worst of the worst terrorists," including Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, to Guantanamo so they could be given trials that would prove their guilt.
But Ibn al-Shaykh al-Libi, so important to their early case for war against Iraq, had simply fallen off the face of the earth (except an occasional question) after the Bush administration had to admit his "evidence" was fabricated. Yeah, fabricated just like John McCain's confessions to the Vietcong were fabricated.
