I think the point is the net and why it contracted at such high level id est why they reached so high id est so low to get to the point. They must have had major misinformations before 911 and they clearly mounted certain "side aspects" like bullshit torture methods to get to the point. so in fact the net in fact spread a new net again that caught all kinds of fishes small ones and sharks. So they looked more precisely for the failure in their logic before 911. and I think they must have had one. Bush is sure no fan of logical thinking. I think this hints a bit at Iraq.
