First Union wants to leave the contract. In this case, Cologne should pay back about 20mio$. Cologne sees no necessity to dissolve the contract.Hey, who insured such cases again? AIG? This would be another 20 mio minus for this flourishing company (plz dont cite this, Im totally not sure whether it was AIG in this case).
