Big business likes cheap money right now. Bush payed for wars and big business received no money to invest in things diffrent from weapons. I guess Chinese concurrence is eating these guys up. Furthermore some "home owners" like cheap money right now. They still have debts with the banks and like to pay back their debts by numbers not by worth. Strangely Bernanke didn't execute this. He only lowered the percentage number by which you buy money for a quarter points. Thus he sent shockwaves through Wall Street. I'm totally sure Bernanke isn't too stupid to understand the problem. So Bush told him. Why did he tell him? Well, yeah inflation. But Bush isn't welfare. He gives a shit about inflation. He can buy weapons easier due to his 10-year contracts he made after he got elected. So where are the reasons?
A) Certain people bought houses. Bush made a Republican policy, mainly war. Certain people like to pay back their debts now with cheap money. Doesn't look like Bush likes it.
B) Saudis got much money now due to expensive oil. And hey right, they can buy the houses now.
C) Ok, Bush made a war against muslims. But hey, come on, he's still a Christian.

Gillespie article about budget impasse
Lets turn a bit to Mr.Gillespie. Hes obviously happy about a budget impasse:
He also knows when he has to take the high road, and when he does not. In 2004, as party chairman, Mr. Gillespie was nicknamed Mr. Bush’s “pit bull” for his relentless attacks on Senator John Kerry of Massachusetts.Mr. Gillespie rarely gives on-the-record interviews — he declined to talk for this article — and he is almost never seen on television. And careful listeners to Mr. Bush will note that the president paints “Congress,” and not “Democrats” as the villain — another Gillespie hallmark.
Shortly Bush can stall congress because there's not enough money available. Furthermore he -in short- likes the dems to be stopped when they turn to realize their argenda(, because its obiously a GOP idea or a Gillespie idea )what has been impossible for 6 years.
So certain voters have credit problems ahead of the elction and they arent served by the democrats. Looks like an easy buy for some soul-buyers. And I'm totally sure Mr.Gillespie isn't one of those. I'm sure he's a good Christian like Mr.Bush.
