Simple math on the war, 650B spent in the last six years. Population in Iraq is estimated at 27M. Per capita expenditure for the war would be 650B/27M = 24074M !!!!
Give each Iraq Citizens even 2M a year and guess they would never look into nukes or any further war. With a Enzo I would be considerably busy on cleaning it. US still gets to save few billions for a more worthy cause of Global Warming,etc
