Out of some Exxon Mobile Plant millions of liters of crude seem to have poured into the Manhattan bay.
But - it seems it has only happened over the years as far as I can make out.

The plant is located at Newton Creek.
State attorney Cuomo now charged ExxonMobile in connection with a leak.
