No day passes when theres no scandal about the decadency of the deputees of the Italian parliament. A member of the Italian right wing faction of Forza Italia has been captured and imprisoned thru carabinieri while at home. His name is Cesare Previti.
He is the ex-lawyer of Silvio Berlusconi.
He mentions that he is a represantative (no not of Silvio Berlusconi but the Italian people) and thus pleads for immunity from the law of the people.
