___________________________________In Hamburgs Schanzenviertel demonstrators attack police with their bare fists.
This is in connection with the meeting of -ASEM- 36 Western and Asian foreign ministers in Hamburg ahead of the G8 summit in the Atlantic-hotel.
The police:
Riot police dressed in black vests (reading "m/2" as identification on the back for example), mobile tear gas throwers, sticks, helmed
Left organizers accused the police of hindring efforts of the demonstrantors to vanish from a demonstration, that took place earlier on and counted 4000 participants. The police had formed chains. there were obviously multiple lines. In the followup demonstrators built road blocks.
During the demonstration the demonstrators were led around like being in a "POT" formed outta policemen. The streets were empty.
